Dr. Graeber is a graduate of Rush Medical University, with residency and fellowship training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He is a board certified Nephrologist with extensive experience in medical education and innovation. As Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Connecticut Medical School, he served as Associate Program Director for the University of Connecticut Primary Care Internal Residency, where he won numerous teaching awards.
His academic interests include fluid and electrolyte disorders and acid – base disturbances. He enjoys working with residents and students at all levels and plans to be an integral part of the daily routine for residents and Chief Residents during their tenure at NCH Healthcare System, Inc.
Marine Biology and following the Boston Red Sox and Celtics fill his spare time.
